Dad Passed Away

I haven't been exercising much the last 2 weeks. My dad, already failing with emphysema, had to go the the hospital with what turned out to be a critical case of pneumonia. My mom, brothers and I took it in shifts to be with him 18 or more hours per day. He died on Friday, October 28th at 2:20pm. Now, several days of funeral arrangements, family meetings, and so on. I managed a walk this afternoon. It's a beautiful fall day.

Being Lazy

I haven't posted in awhile. This is because I haven't done anything in awhile. I've changed my routine to go to my parents everyday. My dad is very ill. So, that means I haven't been going to the gym and boy can I tell. I have to think through how to organize my day so I can do both and still get the rest of my stuff done. I have scheduled myself for a short hike on Oct 24th to Black Mt near Lake George. This week, I'll see about getting to the YMCA gym for some work outs.
