Dad Passed Away

I haven't been exercising much the last 2 weeks. My dad, already failing with emphysema, had to go the the hospital with what turned out to be a critical case of pneumonia. My mom, brothers and I took it in shifts to be with him 18 or more hours per day. He died on Friday, October 28th at 2:20pm. Now, several days of funeral arrangements, family meetings, and so on. I managed a walk this afternoon. It's a beautiful fall day.
