Neighborhood Hike II

Felt the need to hike today. Beautiful weather. Took Spot and headed back to the local NYS trail. Went up past where we turned around on Friday and of course, the trail was still going up. Finally got to the top and the trail followed the contour line for a little way. When the trail began to become fainter, I decided to turn around and come home. Hike time door - to - door, 2 hours 40 minutes. Reward, saw a mud turtle and two loons at the local pond. Feel absolutely great.
